「職涯組合 (Career Portfolio)」是來自職涯發展與管理領域的前瞻概念，鼓勵人們將工作、專案與學習經歷串聯，建構出一條獨一無二、貼近現況又能持續成長的職涯藍圖。
工作坊中，我們將運用 UX 工具與視覺化方法，幫助您：
- 🔍 梳理現況與技能樹，對焦你現在站在哪裡
- 🧭 從過去經驗中，看見你的價值與潛能
- 🛠 整合多元經歷，建立個人職涯組合藍圖
- ✨ 在現實與夢想之間，找到穩健又可能的下一步
In today’s fast-changing job market, the old idea of climbing one career ladder no longer fits. Flexibility, adaptability, and cross-domain skills are now essential—and it all starts with getting real about where you stand today.
This workshop invites you to pause and take a “Reality Check.” Before rushing into your next big move, let’s map out your current strengths, values, and growth areas—and build a career path that’s truly your own.
The Career Portfolio is a forward-thinking concept from career development and management, encouraging you to combine work, projects, and learning experiences into a resilient and personalized roadmap.
Using UX tools and visual mapping methods, you’ll:
- 🔍 Reflect on your current skill set and what truly drives you
- 🧭 Identify the values and strengths behind your past experiences
- 🛠 Start building your personal career portfolio map
- ✨ Make more intentional choices for what’s next
