Organization Introduction

Women Techmakers (WTM) 是一個非營利組織，也是由 Google 員工於 2012 年發起的全球性計畫。

WTM 的初衷是專注於科技領域的女性，旨在建立一個具有 DEI (多元、平等、共融) 理念的社群環境，幫助她們在科技業蓬勃發展。根據 2023 年上海 Google I/O Connect 分享的數據，自 2012 年以來，全球已有超過 1.4 萬名女性參與了 WTM 的各項活動。

今年，WTM 迎來了一次重要的策略轉型：該計畫已正式轉由 Technovation.org 管理與執行，包括所有的未來規劃。

 

Women Techmakers (WTM) is a non-profit organization and a global program launched by Googlers in 2012.

The program was initially focused on women in the technology sector, aiming to foster a community and an inclusive DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) environment to help them thrive in the industry. The initiative has had significant reach: according to data shared at Google I/O Connect 2023 in Shanghai, over 14,000 women globally have participated in WTM events since 2012.

This year marks an important strategic shift: the program and its future planning have officially been transferred to the management and execution of Technovation.org.
